I was pleasantly surprised in 2020 to discover how brilliantly online piano lessons work. They are like an in-person lesson and still feel personal. We place your laptop in an optimum position so I can see you play piano perfectly. Students often prefer online lessons as being more convenient.
A laptop or large ipad is best. We use Teams or Zoom. I keep the technical stuff simple. It’s online lessons with the minimal fuss. You don’t need to be a technical wizard and it works just like a normal lesson. No scheduling, just call me when your lesson starts. I will show you how to set this up. Giving online worldwide piano lessons means I have now taught students in France, Switzerland, Spain and other countries including UK for those outside London. I always offer a try-out lesson before you decide to continue, so you can see for yourself how an online lesson works.
I also teach in-person piano lessons for students who live local to me in Islington, London. N7. UK.
“My daughters playing is now a joy to listen to. Fiona S”
“The lessons were engaging and challenging and I thoroughly enjoyed them! Libby C.”

Fill in my form on contact page. Give me as much info as possible. Especially examples of what time you can start your piano lesson and on what days. And tell me about your experience in playing piano – even if it’s not much – give me some details to consider.
I always chat with potential students. This enables me to understand what you are looking for and answer all your questions quickly. We can do this after I receive your online form.
All lessons are online worldwide. Simple to set up via Teams or Zoom.
You’d be surprised how brilliantly online lessons work. They still feel personal and work just like a normal lesson. It’s worth trying out a one off online lesson with me if you are unsure how they work. I am happy to arrange this with you. I do teach in-person too, but spaces are very limited. It you do not live locally to me – and are serious about learning piano, please consider the online piano lesson option!

I aim to inspire and guide students to become the best pianist and musician they can be. Using my unique piano methods to turn the complex into simple. Clear steps to help students enjoy learning in a more relaxed and focussed way. A strong musical foundation means there’s no limit to your progress! In the near future, to publish these new methods as books or online courses so more people can benefit. And to spread the word that playing piano is for ALL ages and stages!
